Celebrating success for an energy giant
I am lucky to work with some very big names. And some smaller ones. One of the biggies, a major global energy company, was implementing a wide-ranging continual improvement campaign across its market-leading shared services sector of 8,000 employees, located around the world. Working closely with their global communications manager and in-house HR teams, we devised creative assets, snappy straplines, case studies and a highly successful employee recognition award scheme to chart and celebrate ongoing achievements as the campaign gathered momentum.
