If you complete our enquiry form, we currently collect and process personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details) only.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you because you have contacted us regarding an enquiry. We use the information that you have given us in order to understand your requirements before contacting you to discuss further. We do not share this information with any organisation or individual.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting jodavies123@btinternet.com.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored within our home office. We keep your contact details and enquiry for no more than three years. We will then dispose of your information by irreversibly and securely deleting your files, which are only stored digitally.
