Managing change for employees

I have supported two major staff engagement campaigns; one for a global telco for a division of 10k employees, one for a global energy company for a division of 8k employees. These have each involved devising a suite of content, covering many channels, from intranets to newsletters, desk drops to digital signage, and Yammer to banners to video script. Each campaign was focused towards many aspects of change management, but also cybersecurity, continual improvement, improving customer focus and boosting involvement with new initiatives.
